Returns & Refunds policy:

You are entitled to cancel your order 24 hours before the sessions  without giving any reason for doing so.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day of the request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• You send us the transaction id and copy of invoice, 24 hours before the session booked with a clear statement about your decision to cancel the booking.

The returns cannot be processed if:

• You cancel less than 24 hours before the session.
• You are not able to produce the invoice and the transaction id.
• You booked a free session.
• In case of a discounted session, only the amount paid will be refunded and not the original price of the session.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any request fro cancellation that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of cancelling the bookings.
